The Service may send notifications via SMS, email, phone call, push notifications, and third-party messaging platforms. By configuring notification channels, you consent to receive these communications. You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, PagerDuty, Twilio, Telegram). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

Chronomatic™ and the Chronomatic name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Chronomatic. All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its design, code, and content, remain with Chronomatic. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered on time or at all. You acknowledge that the Service is not a substitute for professional monitoring, emergency, or life-safety systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronomatic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
